TS420 is a "True" collective set up to be in accordance with the original intent and spirit of California Proposition 215's and Senate Bill 420's purpose.

Our non-profit collective mission is to promote the welfare of patient members by providing a medium to create a safe, consistent and reliable source of quality medical marijuana at the lowest possible recovery amount for the medicine.

This is accomplished by cooperatively acting together towards the production, cultivation, acquisition, transportation, storage and distribution of medical marijuana, and in rendering and purchasing services of all kinds, and entering into agreements with similar or like organizations for the benefit of the collective's patient members.

In simpler terms, there are those patient members who can grow medical marijuana and those who can not. The collective obtains the medicine from grower patient members and donating funds to them to recover of their out of pocket expenses and a reasonable compensation for their services. The medicine is stored by the collective and distributed on 'as-needed basis' to patient members. The collective's operation, maintenance, service, administration and continuation is maintained by patient members making non-tax-deductable donations to the collective.
